Copying & Printing

Copying

To make a copy tap a Summer Camp or Horizons copy card badge on the specified location on the copier. Follow the instructions on the copier.

Printing

To print you must be logged into the Summer_Staff wireless network with the appropriate username.

The following printers are the only printers that are available for Summer Camp and Horizons:

Summer Library (located on the main level)
Summer Lower School (located in the hallway)
Summer Middle School (located in the hallway on the south side)
Summer Upper School (located on the main level in the hallway)

Installing Printers

macOS

Verify that you are connected to the Summer_Staff wireless network.
Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen and choose System Settings...
On the left hand side select Printers and Scanners.
Click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax...
Choose a printer from the printers listed above
Click the Add button.
Print from your application. If prompted for a username and password, enter appropriate username and password.

Windows

Download the Mobility Print Software for Windows and install the software. Choose a printer from the printers listed above. When prompted for a username and password, enter appropriate username and password.

iPhone or iPad

Verify that you are connected to the Summer_Staff wireless network.
Open the app you want to print from and tap the share icon.
Scroll down and tap the printer icon or choose Print.
Choose a printer from the printers listed above
Select the number of copies and other options, like which pages you want to print.
Tap Print in the top-right corner.
If prompted for a username and password, enter appropriate username and password.

Android

Install Mobility Print for Android, open the app, and follow the instructions. To print, open the app you want to print from and choose Print or Share - Print. Choose a printer from the printers listed above

Chromebook

Add Mobility Print to Chrome and then choose CTRL-P. Choose a printer from the printers listed above
